With a nasty headache this weekend I decided to stay home and work thru some of the photos I took during our recent trip to Europe.

We truly enjoyed our time in Siena and had a difficult time leaving. However, the rain would return soon, and since we were unfamiliar with the roads we thought we should head back to Spoleto before dark.

We felt like we hadn't seen enough of the beautiful Tuscany countryside and, the rain had not yet arrived we decided to turn off the main road and headed down a random back road for a few Kilometers. What we found is that the rolling green hills and the beautiful open skies do exist there.

These are just a few of the photos taken on our little excursion off the main road.
